RESI E RIMBORSI
Su tutti gli acquisti fatti da clienti privati su Etilika.it è garantito il diritto di recesso entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione dell’ordine inviando una comunicazione e nei successivi 30 giorni deve rendere la merce. Invia una mail a info@etilika.it in cui dichiari di voler restituire i prodotti acquistati, indicando il tuo nome e il relativo numero d’ordine. La merce dovrà essere rispedita intatta, non danneggiata, nelle stesse identiche condizioni in cui è stata consegnata dal corriere. Puoi rispedire la merce in qualsiasi modo e il costo della spedizione sarà a tuo carico. Ti consigliamo di utilizzare lo stesso imballo in cui ti è stata consegnata per evitare rotture. Al ricevimento della merce, effettueremo il rimborso entro 14 giorni attraverso il metodo di pagamento che preferisci (bonifico bancario, accredito su carta di credito o conto corrente) nel caso in cui la merce sia intatta, non ci siano etichette rovinate o altri danni.
RETURNING POLICY AND REFUND
Purchases made by consumers on Etilika.it are subject to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 and 21/2014, that guarantees the right to return, for whatever reason, the goods purchased sending a communication within 14 days from the reception date of the order and then return the goods within further 30 days. Send an email to info@etilika.it containing the statement you want to exercise the Right to Cancel the order and return the goods indicating your name and order reference number. Goods are supposed to be shipped in the same conditions you received them without any damage. You can choose the shipping method and the return costs are at your expense. We suggest to use the original packaging you received from us which provides best protection against further damage. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days from the reception of the goods using the same payment method as used by the User for the transaction, unless the User wants expressly be refunded through other payment methods.
